The rent, deposit, no additional costs
Registration is for free at Brick Vastgoed B.V.. Viewings of the properties are also free of charge and without any obligations.
Please note that if you as a tenant decide to rent via Brick Vastgoed B.V., the first month involves the following payments:
- The first month of rent
- Minimum of one month as a deposit (you will get this back at the end of your tenancy period, if the completion meets all requirements.
As a tenant you don’t owe us any costs. Our service for you as a tenant is free of charge.
